Approach to Learning
At World Links GPA our work with adult learners has demonstrated that the willingness to develop new skills exists when the following situations prevail:
- learners understand why they should learn something new;
- the trainer understands, reflects and respects their prior knowledge and experience;
- the training directly and positively impacts on their everyday life or tasks;
- the training provides solutions.
World Links GPA training seminars respond to these requirements. Our programs are participatory, experiential and interactive.
We encourage discussion and problem solving. A combination of group and individual activities promotes learning, reflection and change.
A thorough Learning Needs Assessment ensures that any organizational intervention or training service provided is tailor made to meet each client's specific needs.

- diversity organizational development;
- Spanish language training;
- translation and interpretation services in Spanish and a variety of other languages.
A network of multilingual staff are available to provide services in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Arabic, Chinese, Vietnamese.
